Renewal and Subscription fees for Subscription online course:
Mastering Real Estate 3.0 is provided on a subscription basis.
The subscription fee will renew and you will be charged once per month for your continued access to the course.
It will be up to you to keep track of your renewal dates, as any refunds will only be given up to 7 days after your renewal date.
After the 14-day refund period, students will be given a credit equal to the same dollar amount of the original subscription to use toward the purchase of a future course or product at LeighBrown.com.
Refund Policy for LeighBrownU.com Products:
Online Self-Paced Courses:
Refund requests must be received in writing or via e-mail to [email protected] within 7 business days of the date of purchase. Due to constant changes in course requirements, no refunds will be issued after 7 business days of the date of purchase. Students requesting a refund after the 7-day refund period can receive a credit equal to the same dollar amount of the original purchase to use towards the purchase of a future course or product at LeighBrown.com.
No refunds or credits will be issued if a student has logged into the course. No refunds or credits will be issued after one year from the date of purchase. All credits must be used within 12 months.
Online Instructor-Led Courses:
Refund requests must be received in writing or via e-mail to [email protected] within 7 business days of the date of registration and a minimum of 3 business days prior to the course start date. After the 7-day refund period and/or less than 3 business days prior to the start date, students will be given a credit equal to the same dollar amount of the original purchase to use toward the purchase of a future course or product at LeighBrown.com. No refunds or credits will be issued if a student has logged into the course. No refunds or credits will be issued after one year from the date of purchase. All credits must be used within 12 months.
Live/Webinar Courses:
Refund requests must be received in writing or via e-mail to [email protected] within 7 business days of the date of registration and a minimum of 3 business days prior to the course start date. After the 7-day refund period and/or less than 3 business days prior to the start date, students will be given a credit equal to 50% of the original purchase to use toward the purchase of a future course. No partial refunds will be issued. No refunds or credits will be issued after one year from the date of purchase. All credits must be used within 12 months.
Note: A $25 processing fee will be charged to anyone who signs up for a live/webinar course within 48 hours of the start of the class.
Live/Webinar Class Cancellation Policy:
Leigh Thomas Brown, Inc., including leighbrown.com, LeighBrownInstruction.com and LeighBrownU.com, reserves the right to cancel any live or webinar course within 72 hours of the start of the class. A Leigh Thomas Brown, Inc. representative will make a reasonable effort to notify students of cancellation via phone or e-mail. Students will then be eligible for a full refund of the cost of the course or credit toward another course of equal or lesser value. No partial refunds will be issued. Leigh Thomas Brown, Inc. will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred due to the cancellation of the course. This includes non-refundable flights, hotels or any other related expenses.
Shipping Policy
Tangible goods purchased will ship via UPS Ground or Next Day Air. An estimate of your shipping cost can be viewed prior to checkout. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 2:00PM EST, excluding holidays).
